Suzanne Madison is Allegra’s founder and CEO, responsible for many successful marketing projects geared toward attracting, developing, and retaining businesses in Los Angeles County area cities. She has led economic development, community development, and public sector branding projects that have won national and international awards. Her senior-level experience includes managing media budgets from inception to completion, implementing GIS mapping for community outreach, implementing multifaceted marketing plans for various government agencies. Suzanne utilizes the latest smart tool technologies when completing projects, and always drives Allegra toward developing and maintaining positive customer relations.

Larry P. Brown

Chief Creative Officer

Larry Brown serves as Allegra’s Chief Creative Officer, leading this award-winning department by turning revolutionary strategies into engaging campaigns that move people to action. He has been the visionary for developing interactive marketing, 3D modeling, and digital media, helping LA County cities thrive, including Azusa, Fountain Valley, San Jose, San Gabriel, and the City of Pasadena. Since coming to Allegra, Larry has worked on more than 50 client branding and creative strategy project.

Esmeralda Czinner-Bonilla

Marketing, and Communications Coordinator

Esmeralda is a dedicated communications professional, writer, and editor with more than five years of experience. Esmeralda is an expert at writing copy that brings diverse groups together while promoting the objectives and messaging. Esmeralda has worked with Allegra to prepare and deliver social media content and is responsible for messaging platforms, story writing, and audience identification. In addition, Esmeralda writes, develops, and strategizes online content production and scheduling.  Esmeralda serves as Allegra’s marketing and communication coordinator and works closely with the graphic design team to maintain content for all projects.  


Madison Manning

Social Media & Communications Coordinator

Madison is responsible for day-to-day social media strategy, research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.  Madison writes, develops, and strategize online content production and scheduling.  She generates, edits, publishes, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML).  She works to build meaningful connections and encourages community members through dialog and messaging.  Madison works closely with the graphic design team and copywriters to maintain social media pages for all projects. Madison is knowledgeable of best practices

Susan Hessler

Senior Graphic Designer

Susan serves as Allegra’s creative and multitalented graphic designer with extensive experience in multimedia, marketing, and print and digital design.  Susan brings the highest level of creative design and management experience. Susan’s creative design skills include brand identity, environmental graphics and signage, consumer packaging, presentations, and more.  Susan is responsible for designing and modifying all types of collateral materials, producing PowerPoint presentations, and overseeing printing and production.  Before coming to work for Allegra, Susan served as senior creative director for many top brands such as Hilton Hotels, Nationwide Insurance, and Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Real Estate.  Susan is an expert with Adobe Creative Suite CC – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop MS PowerPoint, and Word Experience with HTML, website architecture, and social media.

Amanda Williams

Website and Graphic Designer

Amanda serves as Allegra graphic designer and is well-rounded in print, web, social media, and motion graphic design.   Amanda brings to Allegra projects new styles and energy and has over four years of experience in her field.  Amanda has worked on website projects, information graphics, social media design, logo and brand identity design, and page layouts.    Before coming to Allegra, Amanda worked as a graphic designer for LEUNE, Glendale, Ca, and managed websites for Men of All Trades based in Duarte, Ca.  Amanda is well-versed in the following technologies; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), Typography, PHP, HTML/CSS, WordPress, Javascript, Jquery and Bootstrap.

Katrina Woznicki

Copywriting, Communications and Messaging

Katrina Woznicki has been a writer and editor for more than 20 years, having worked as both a journalist and in corporate communications. She has written everything from executive speeches to annual reports and has developed B2B and B2C content for nonprofits, institutions, and agencies across the United States, and her essays and reporting have been publishing internationally and nationally, including AAA’s Westways Magazine, National Geographic Traveler, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, US News & World Report, and The Week, among others.

Web developer and designer

Jorge has been in the creative industry for over a decade and have extensive experience with entertainment businesses and brands

Jorge believes that for branding to be successful, it must be both thoughtfully designed and nicely implemented. he enjoys working one-on-one with business owners and leading a team to achieve that goal. He studied advertising, marketing, graphic design and web development for many years. He also work closely with several clients in different industries around the world.

In addition, he provides our clients with access to the skills needed to innovate and evolve in the connected age.
