By employing social media marketing, social media strategy, and social media management techniques, we generated impressive results. Our efforts reached over 36,000 people, generated over 74,000 impressions, and drove 2,214 link clicks, sparking meaningful conversations around water conservation and sustainable practices.

Enrollment and Outreach Success:

Through our dedicated efforts, we successfully enrolled over 1,000 residents in the Change & Save program, with over 300 individuals purchasing high-efficiency washers and applying for rebates and incentives. We conducted outreach in 12 cities and unincorporated areas within Los Angeles County, equipping 1,000 single-family homes with Water Savings Device Kits and distributing 65,000 door hangers. These initiatives, focusing on water management, resource conservation, and drought resilience, ensured a widespread and impactful reach within the community.

Powerful Online Presence:

To enhance our outreach, we created a micro-website that garnered 14,944 unique visits and generated 161 leads. Our email flyers successfully reached 338,763 contacts, resulting in a 9% open rate and a 5% click-through rate. Additionally, we employed social media advertising techniques to target specific demographics interested in social media platforms and water conservation. Furthermore, we introduced a ChatBot feature on the website, facilitating 83 customer interactions, further engaging residents and addressing their queries on water efficiency, water-saving solutions, and sustainable practices.

Compelling Videos for Amplified Messaging:

As part of our social media program and to amplify our messaging on water conservation and social media platforms, we developed compelling videos. These videos included a DIY installation video, a promotional video showcasing the Change & Save program, and water education outreach videos. By incorporating keywords such as social media marketing, social media campaigns, and social media content, we maximized the reach and impact of our messaging, inspiring residents to embrace water efficiency practices and become advocates for sustainable living.
