Community Survey, Outreach Campaign, and Report. Allegra’s team worked with Montebello’s leadership and Fire Department to host community conversations and implement an online survey for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to gauge the condition of homelessness in Montebello and how best to manage homeless people. During the survey period, our team captured 500 completed responses and interviewed 30 key stakeholders.
