Transforming Fountain Valley Into a Regional Destination
Our award-winning work was part of a comprehensive, citywide rebranding and economic development marketing initiative designed to reposition Fountain Valley as a regional hub for business, opportunity, and growth.
To guide this transformation, our team conducted an inclusive engagement process—stakeholder interviews, community meetings, and perception surveys—to truly understand how residents, businesses, and regional partners viewed the city. This research became the foundation for a unified brand platform, new logo, and modern design system that authentically reflects Fountain Valley’s identity.
Creative Strategy Meets Economic Development
What set this project apart—and helped secure the MarCom Award—was the depth and integration of our creative and strategic work. Allegra Consulting delivered a full suite of branding and economic development tools, including:
- A cohesive iconography system and brand identity guide
- A new Fountain Valley Economic Development website
- Business attraction, retention, and development collateral
- High-impact ICSC Conference trade show exhibits
- Messaging and creative assets that speak directly to businesses and investor
These tools have strengthened the city’s ability to tell its story, attract new businesses, and position Fountain Valley as a thriving economic destination.
Reimagining a 162-Acre Development for Future Growth
As part of this initiative, Allegra Consulting also led community engagement and branding for the 162-acre Crossings Land Development Project. Our team facilitated outreach, gathered public input, renamed the initiative, developed the visual identity, and crafted a market-ready brand to attract private investment and support long-term redevelopment.
