Allegra Consulting led a MARCOM Award-winning, citywide rebranding and economic development marketing initiative for the City of Fountain Valley, positioning the city as a regional destination for business, investment, and future growth. The project included stakeholder interviews, community meetings, and perception surveys to inform a unified brand platform, new logo, and modern design system.

Our team delivered comprehensive citywide branding, economic development marketing, stakeholder engagement, and business attraction strategies. This included creating a cohesive iconography suite, full brand identity guidelines, and a dedicated Economic Development website. We also produced trade show exhibits for the ICSC Conference and developed collateral to support business attraction, retention, and development.

In addition, Allegra Consulting led community engagement and branding efforts for the 162-acre Crossings Land Development Project, renaming and repositioning the initiative to attract private investment. Our work included public outreach, stakeholder input, and presentations to City leadership and staff, resulting in a market-ready brand and marketing approach that supports future redevelopment.

Together, these deliverables—ranging from the City of Fountain Valley’s comprehensive Brand Identity Guide to the Stakeholder Outreach and Naming Report for the 162-acre redevelopment project, along with a full suite of economic development collateral, a dedicated website, ICSC trade show exhibits, and branded graphics—demonstrate Allegra Consulting’s ability to translate community input, strategic insight, and creative vision into impactful, citywide marketing and branding solutions that elevate our clients and position them for long-term success.
