Allegra presented the City of Placenta with a Communications Strategy and made recommendations on best practices about how to engage with Placentia’s citizens, businesses and visitors. The strategy outlined how to launch the city’s new brand identity while gaining buy in from staff through a brand ambassador training program. As part of the strategy, our team developed a social media strategy that will allow city leadership to engage with citizens and allow monitored open dialog and feedback. The communications strategy outlined a shop local campaign that resonates with residents so they can understand how their sales tax provides services that they place a high value on.
The final task #4 was to present our entire program which included: the research and foundation, brand identity and proposed collateral materials to the City Council, staff and the fine constituents of Placentia. The City Council was impressed with the direction of the brand and strategy along with the amount of effort that went into developing it. Live it, Breathe It, Share It and find ways to bring your brand to life was the message that we left with Placentia.
